Constant Cold Calling

I regularly receive phone calls from agents at Seesa wanting to sell me their services. They have no way of filtering out people who have rejected them in the past and have told them NOT to phone again.

I have requested the sales manager to phone me back, he/she hasn't bothered and I am tired of being bugged.By constantly phoning me, they are guaranteeing that they will NEVER get my business.
