On the 29th of August I purchased a pair of boots on the shoe HQ website. On the Friday mid morning I was informed by Christa Zietsman by email that they no longer have stock of this item due to the flash sale and would I then prefer something else or can they refund. I requested a refund. 2 Days ago I emailed again but have not received a reply so yesterday I posted on their facebook page and still no response even though they are posting other adds. It is now a week after the original purchase, how long can a refund possibly take??
