On 28/02 i sent an email to complain about the 10 tier shoe rack that collapsed and broke due to the cheap material used. 14/03 received email to say it will be collected by courier. 08/04 sent e-mail again asking about refund as the courier company had collected. Keep getting automated messages and no feedback. All I want it my refund. Sent email again yesterday and still no response.
