I am so disappointed at the service i got at Exact store in kempton square yesterday. I walked in the store at 16:49 to pay my account, then i saw a very stunning top that was prized at R220.00 the size i wanted was not on the display but was just hang at the bag of the cashier, i then advice them i want that top & oh my gosh the reply i got was so rude & showed no business sence, they said "that belongs to another customer, she's gonna come back now because SHE FORGOT HER CARD AT HOME, & you wont get it at festival mall as well, you just cant have that top" just when i thought i was Humiliated enough they rushed me out of the shop. after that exprience i am no longer gonna spend my money there at all.
