Change of management blamed

As an avid baker, I buy on average 3 slabs of Cadbury 180g Bournville Plain a fortnight at Pick n Pay Hypermarket Port Elizabeth. I cannot remember when they last had ANY stock, including the 80g slabs. I then have to start searching at the other Sparks and Pick n Pays in the area to no avail. Only Nestle Albany is available or the other dismal products not worth a mention??
I have therefore on occasions got upset with the merchandisers unpacking the stocks. Their answer is they do complain, but that ever since Kraft has taken over there has been problems with stock??
Please either then inform your staff therefore as to why there is no stock or please get your act together and get some slabs on the shelves.
