Quick to phone for Money but POOR to give back!

I settled my R3000.00 account with Homechoice last week Friday, but paid in too much so they owe me R570 back. Now i'm waiting and waiting to get it back. I do NOT understand the hold up. I'm a good paying customer and have always paid befor the ude date and paid more than the amount due. All i ask is to pay what's owing to me. I am now Receiving sms's which say I qualify for... NO THANKS YOU!!! Just give me my money back. I will NEVER EVER do anything through home choice ever again.
