Waiting from my goods to be delivered

I bought my furniture at Morkels Umthatha on DEC, i understand very well that by then the stock in their warehouse was not there. Now i been told that the stock has been arrived, but there is no one telling me when i they gonna deliver my staff they keep on postponing... please help
