I went to Multiserv Silverwater crossing to get my heel tips fixed. I wasn't happy with howthey were done as they had been done better in the past by the same Multiserv. One of the guys then said I have to pay R20 more to get them done like last time. When I complained that the price is inconsistent, he turned around and told me not to expect free service. When I took exception to that, he began shouting at me, speaking over me, pacing around and being plain rude. I asked him to calm down and not to speak to me like that as a customer, even my husband asked him to calm down, instead, he proceeded to make a remark to my husband asking him which country he is from. He shouted us out of the Multiserv shop because of a heel tip that was badly done. It's totally unacceptable, and all in front of cctv camera footage in store. I will never take my custom there again.
