On 03 Feb 2014, One of my heels got stacked between the pavement near CNA Pretoria Central, I then went to Multiserv to get them fixed. It was approximately 16:50. Max (the shoe maker) told me that he is expected to close the shop at 17:00, otherwise if he gets robbed the manager will expect him to pay all the cash that was. He then removed the soles on my heels and said it will take longer to fix those heels.
He told me to come next time but, I have to make sure that it is early. I then asked him whether he expects me to walk barefooted, he said there is nothing that he can do and he gave me back my shoes, now both of them without soles. I indeed walk out of Multiserv barefoot. I had to go to one of the nearest store and buy a new pair of shoes.
