I'm so unhappy with pampers consumer service

I always buy pampers nappies for my son and have used them for years even when my daughter was a baby but a month or so ago I bought a pack of pamers and the quality was! A few of the nappies sides tore and I contacted them to inform them I got a response and nothing els! They really are still not willing to do anything!
