Poor after sales service delivery

Hello Runway Sale,

I see my order from the wonder bra sale has STILL not been dispatched, after you assured me it would be from the email you sent 5 days ago. I need the one item for a bachelorette on Saturday 07 September, considering I placed the order on 12 August, I don't think this is an unreasonable expectation on my part.

When can I actually expect the delivery of this item? As your turn around times are disgracefully slow.

Seriously unimpressed by the level of service delivery.
