I placed an order for 6 pairs of shoes with Runway Sale.
I waited almost 1 month for my goods to be delivered, where I had to keep chasing for an order status.
My goods were eventually delivered today, FOUR pairs of shoes missing in the delivery!
I.E. i only received 2 pairs of shoes!
Runway Sale never answered their phones and the email I sent them was only attended to 4 hours later!
During which time I had to take matters into my own hands and contact the courier company myself.
Which was not a pleasant experience either as I kept being passed from pillar to post.
After eventually (and embarrassingly) breaking down in frustrated tears, the kind receptionist Esther was the only person to take action.
Now, 5 hours later after seeing my threatening emails, Runway Sale calls to find out about my goods AND tells me, when the good do arrive, I will have 1 pair of shoes short because their warehouse did not have stock.
They said they will refund me, for the shoes.
I hope they take into account my bank charges, airtime spend on tracking the parcels AND the 1 month wait.
The reduced price of the goods is clearly a reflection of the low value in service provision.
I am in awe.
