I bought a Rondo Wedge from Runway Sale on the 06/06/2013 but then it started coming loose by the sole, which I then informed Runway Sale via email on 28/08/2013 . I then received a mail that she has to speak to their warehouse and will come back during the course of the day.By 12/09/2013 as I received no response, I then send another mail, just to be informed that my claim was forwarded to their Returns Dept. Its 31/10/2013 I still haven't received a response
