I Spoke to Dudu 10/06/2013 @ 11h30 explaining to her that on two occasions I purchased the 6 pack long life milk one or two boxes were bloated and sour

I was told I will receive vouchers

Then it happened again with another 6 pack and then I spoke to Fanie on 23/07/2013
He apologised and promised the same thing about the vouchers

I feel this is unacceptable
Should I rather just change the brand of milk?

No vouchers received and no feedback...
