I went to exchange a toy scooter at this branch on Thursday 29/08 but couldn't find a bigger one, Dudu nkabinde refused to give me refund stating I must go back to where I bought it as she can't process refund due to auditing process as the transactions will not match. I had to go back home with something my child can not use. I mean I drove 45 km to get this kind of service and back without being helped. The item is still new never used and me being an employee at the consumer office I never thought companies still offer such service to customers especially after the introduction of CPA. I am very disappointed at Shoprite customer service level, not to mention that the lady made me feel small as she asked me not tell her how to do her job when I was asking if do I not have a right to refund.
