ORDERED A BAG ON SALE ON MONDAY, 1ST SALES PERSON PAUL ZULU HELPED ME, SEND ME THE WRONG BAG, PHONE HIM VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND DROPPED THE PHONE IN MY EAR, THE PHONE FRANS - TELLS ME I WILL ONLY RECEIVE MY BAG ON THURSDAY, KEEP ON PHONING CANT GET HOLD OF HIM, THE HE TELLS ME HE WILL PHONE ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. NEVER HAPPENED!!!
DON'T KNOW IF MY SALE DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING TO THEM, IM A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND SPEND THOUSANDS WITH THEM AND THIS IS THE SERVICE I GET FROM THEM.
THERE'S NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER, MYSELF WORKED FOR THEM DURING THE SALE PERIOD A FEW YEARS AGO, AND DELIVERED A SERVICE FOR THE CUSTOMERS.
VERY UPSET AND VERY DISAPPOINTED.
