I saw the complaint regarding the service at san Marina Waterfront. I am a regular customer there and cannot believe what i have read, for as long as i have been a customer of their's, they have always been friendly and extremely helpful, always giving me the correct information as best they can, i have not just seen this with myself, but i have seen the staff interact exceptionally well with other customers too. As i am an extremely "picky" shopper, i refuse to take my business where the service is average or less than. Therefore, regarding the sale that the customer complained about saying she was not informed correctly, clearly it shows her incompetence, that she is not able to grasp the concept of a simple sale. This sale is "buy 1 get 1 free", if u pay the nomal price for a pair of shoes, u get another pair to that value free, if u just take the 1 pair u pay the sale price. I have purchased twice during the 2013 winter sale and both times i was explained to about the sale, even though i fully grasped it the 1st time. Now if this customer really cudn't understand such a simple sale, thid is a really huge statement being made about the countries education system.
