I purchased an EDBLO bed end of June. The salesperson Noor Hoosen was EXCELLENT. He explained everything to me in detail. His service was mind blowing. From the time I entered till the time I left he gve 100% to me. When it was time for delivery he called to ask if i received the bed. A week afterwards he called again to see if i was happy with the quality and how i was sleeping now casue i did complain of my old bed. With a smile on my face i told him the bed he chose for me is the BEST bed and thanked him again for his service. I then went into the store to close the account and he was there to assist and give me all information needed. A month after closing the account Noor Hoosen called again. WOW Brilliant. Enquiring of the bed and asked if i needed anything else to please not hesitate and call him again. Such service nowdays is so difficult to find. I would always come to House and Home to purchase goods. I informed friends and family of him and will be definetly come to him for service. A job well done Noor. Keep it up.
