I would like to thank Maurice and Simon for the service rendered in resolving the issue. They went the extra mile and yesterday I was left with peace of mind. Simon continuously followed up and made sure that the experience turned out positive. I received an LG washing machine which proved to be a better brand after they had tried replacing it before with the exact Samsung Eco machine. I have lost faith in Samsung when it comes to washing machines. Never the less thank you gentle for the warm service and effforts. Great Team work.
