I bought two pairs of shoes on the 23rd of august, I exchanged one pair the same day & I was not given back the original receipt back. When I got home the other pair was big so on saturday I sent my daughter & cousin to go exchange the shoes on my behalf as they were for my younger daughter & she was suppose to wear them saturday for my brother's wedding and as I couldn't go as I was busy with wedding preparations hence I send them.. My daughter & cousin were harrassed & threatened to be arrested for because they didn't have receipt even though they explained the situation to that evil lady and they even called me & put the phone on the speaker so that she can hear what I was saying, I ask to speak to the lady whom I heard on the background saying she doesn't work for me therefore she won't speak to me & she chased my kids out of the shop that if they don't go she will have them arrested.my kids came home crying, terrifed & shaking. You can imagine the ordeal they went to, this woman harrassed & embarrased them onfront of other customers.
