I wish I'd never walked into your Spaza shop, Sick and tired of Hi-Fi Corp, sent my Affidavit togather with a copy of my Id to a lady called Suprise, after three weeks she has not called me. When I call her, they make me hold for days and when she finally comes to the phone she tells me that she is busy with a customer and she will call me back, which she never does. Am I not a customer too, and why the need to avoid me?
You expect me to pay for a broken TV, after you told me the manufacturer warranty, extended warranty and insurance that I took on the TV won't cover my repairs, I should sattle my balance and take out a new TV, like realy, maybe when Pigs starts buying Dvds from you. And I should read my slip? well train your lying salespersons, they should not persuade customers to buy into these things because they told me it covers everything, So why the am I going back and forth with you people. With your insuarance covering disability and death, after what I saw I can only Imagine how you'll help me when Im dead if you refuse to help when I am still kicking!! I hope more people realise what a stinking service you have and your Spaza shop closes down.
