I bought a Jvc Tv last year December from Hi-Fi corp at utter bury. Now I switched on my Tv and noticed it had cracks on the inside screen. I went to Hi FI corp in Woodmead to tell them about this situation.
The told me the insurance, manufacture warranty and extended warranty that I have been paying for wont cover the repairs; the insurance covers me for disability and death. Like when I bought the Tv I was told that I'm covered for everything.
What me off is that the finance lady and the sales rap told me that it will cost more than buying a new Tv to fix my Tv therefore I should settle my balance and apply for another Tv. So now I must continue paying for a dead Tv and its warranty. Is this is how Hi-Fi treats its customers then people shouldn't't buy from them because they will sell you heaven and give you.
