Baby Furniture Direct, bad service delivery!

We placed an order for a mahogany Moses cradle in June.and was assured it would take 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. After 6 weeks we called to see if the cradle was ready. After speaking to two staff member both not seeming to know what to tell me, I eventually found out that the crib was not ready. I was told to call back at the end of the following week. As the wrong colour cradle (white instead of mahogany was delivered). The telephone etiquette was also very upsetting. After three calls the following week, I then found out that the manufacturing factory was closed down and that the order would take longer. So I'm not sure if it was the wrong colour that was delivered or the factory closed down? After two weeks of constantly phoning I was the assured by two staff members that the cradle would be ready for collection over the weekend. When we collected the crib, it was still in production and the paint had not dried. The paint was also the wrong colour. Excuse after excuse was made. After speaking to more than three people we decided to take delivery of a unfinished crib and do it ourselves. After assembly we realised that there were missing screws and had to purchase it ourselves.
