I have bought an Alva Gas heater for my guest house Patio, and it worked brilliantly TWICE and then the ignition mechanism failed. On searching for a suitable place to fix it, i came across the responses to complaints on Hello Peter and was impressed by Alva Marketing's willingness to help.
I cannot find a locally convenient place to seek out the very small part that has broken off in the mechanism, so am hoping for the same level of willingness from Alva Marketing to assist me, please.
