Poor customer service

Edgards has to be the worst kind when it comes to customer service. My account is currently outstanding 400 bucks, (which i take the blame for) but for these people to be discussing my account with my old and frail father just takes the cake. I now have to hear from my dad (who is worried sick because he thinks I'm in debt) how much i need to pay to bring my account up to date. This is not the first time this has happened and i raised a complaint and surprise surprise, nothing was done about it, instead it happened again, these people dont seem to know what the left hand is doing from the right, the level of incompetence is beyond appalling to say the least. I have paid the outstanding amount and yet my dad is still getting the calls, not me the account holder. i now plan to write to whoever cares to listen, the board of edcon, everyone i can think of to let them know the amount of distress this has caused my father, seeing that he has to be dealing with my account and not me. not happy at alll.
