I have purchased about 10000.00 worth of clothing in cape town waterfront branch last Sunday and returned back to jhb from vacation and tried changing some items for other sizes. I have misplace my receipt everything was in good order with the tags on and there ridicules policy and management refuse to help me. I will never ever enter a Zara store world wide again
