What must I do to get what I paid for?

I recently redeemed Groupon vouchers for a guaranteed delivery by 30 June. It is now 4 July and I have not received my product. I call and call and get shuffled from pillar to post promising someone will call me back and I end up calling. All I want is what I paid for and was guaranteed delivery. I have spent alot of money at Cielo and am not impressed by my recent experiences and lack of professionalism by the company and their representatives. Very disappointing :(
