On the 07th November i bought milk from woollworths Ortia, only few days later when opening the milk i realised that is rotten. Then when i check the expiry date to my surprise the expiry date was 29 08 2013 but it was still on their shelves. This so unbelievable for the retail store that promise customer good quality food. I complained and not happy how my complain is been handled as Ida store manager was suggesting that i didn't read properly the date and Gud thing is i took a picture of the date before i handed in their rotten milk. It's been more than a week even now no one is coming back to me about my complain. I am really disappointed about this ridiculous service from woolworths.
