I placed and paid for over 50% of the order for two books on 25 July 2013 for delivery by courier. A month later, one telephone call with a half-baked excuse and two unanswered e-mail enquiries - still no books, yet I keep on receiving reminders for the balance of the payment for items that I have not even received yet! I have been a client of Leserskring for many years and they most certainly do not keep to their promise of (and I quote from their acknowledgement of my order) " Ons streef daarna om die bestelling so spoedig moontlik te verwerk en sal jou op hoogte van die vordering hou." The courtesy of a reponse to my e-mail enquiries is not too much to expect is it?
