I LAID A COMPLAINT ON HELLOPETER ON 07:33 Fri 8 Nov (pathetic-service-1241118) to date i dont have any feedback and i must keep on calling the store and find out whats going on. The dvd player was fetched from my home in October and to date no feedback as to if it has been fixed and when delivery will take place. My sofa was taken in November and no feedback when delivery will take place. I am being give the run around and no proper service. I am tired of dealing with the useless store managers and customer service people that you have!!! Fathima the acting manager of the Amanzimtoti store has no management skills and raising her voice to the customer and not knowing the history of this escalation is really unacceptable! Yet another debit has gone through without me having all my goods in working order! Does it take 3 months to sort out simple problems or do you guys give customers A DONT GIVE A attitude to the problematic goods that you supply??? I was told on the 13th of Dec by Pravina that the sofa will be delivered on the 17th and when i call to find out what time will delivery take place i get no answer. I left msgs for Kerusha/Fathima to contact me and no rep
