My better half went and put our TV on buy back through Cash Crusaders and just before the expiry he had called into the branch to notify them that he would only come through the following Saturday (week after expiry) to come and collect and pay for the TV. The manager there name is Tusho said it would be fine we could do this. Come that weekend we wanted to collect it, well our Tv was sold. The manager Tusho admitted he had made a mistake and took our details down and said he would try and find a similar TV for us and we asked how long it would take and he said about a week as he would have to liaise with all the branches. A week went by and nothing. The following week we called he said he still couldn't find a replacement TV for us - well eventually after calling week after week I got fedup with the false promises and decided to call him (taking note I was recording the conversation), where he again admitted he was sorry for the mistake and would try his best to get a replacement. Well i thought I wasn't going to wait another month for false promises and got hold of Clyde the regional manager and explained that in the first place they shouldn't have made such promises if
