Bad Service from Nthabiseng

20/08/2013 @ to 3pm I went to return a scarf, I bought it wil a gift card, I gave her the card to return the R42 there, she said there was a problem with my card and will therefore give Me another 1, the 1 she wanted to give Me also refused, she then said, items below R100 cannot be returned in a gift card, I need to take something els to exchange, I told her I am at work, wont manage to take something els, she can then give Me back the scarf and ill come back some other time, with attitude she told Me that she already prosessed the exchange, I said to her but you did that on your own, you should have known that items below R100 cannot be returned. I dont have enough time to shop now. She gave Me attitude and told Me that she will give Me my scarf and connot exchange it there anymore, ill have to go to another store. Fair enough if its the policy, but why give Me attitude? and what about the fact that she started the process of returning the scarf without knowing that items below R100 cant be returned, and why start the exchange process without consulting Me. Is it a bad thing to use our lunch to go do something at Foschini? cos she was upset that i didnt have enough time to shop.
