I went to edgars westgate on the 02.08.2013 to find out as i receive the statement why do I now have hospital cover I spoke to Magauta and she couldnt explain she then call head office I spoke to Richard Mazibuko he was very helpful he checked the store where the cover was activated and he couldnt find he gave me the store code no 2724 and spoke to his supervisor Lirapela Lehong and told me that he will escalate it and they will reveice it as he cannot tell who authorised the activation. So all i need from edgars is to tell me who authorise that and as a client do I have to pay for something that i dont have any idea of because that is the answer that i receive from edgars
