Leaking pot

Hi

During the month of July i purchased a set of pots from your Cresta store. Less than a month later one of the pots ie the pan started leaking oil. The oil is leaking from the outside in the seam as well as inside. there appears to be hole inside the pot and the oil is seeping in inside. I'm not sure if the pots are still returnable or not because they have been used. But its rather disappointing that I've had the pots for less than two months and they have this sort of damage. I cant use the pan anymore.
