I am a diabetic and had the flu. i work in musgrave centre and went to purchase organic apple juice from woolworths food. I am very particular due to being on a homeopathic diet. I read the labels on everything. I then took the organic 100% apple juice, the nutritional value had the sugar content totally omitted. therefore i assumed that there was no sugar contained. I then drank it. I went to the woolworths website to read up about the juice and it clearly read that there is sugar and was on the bottle online. I then e mailed customer services on the 19th August and got a reply on the 22nd stating that I am correct about the sugar and they are in the process of updating labels! i replied that i will be taking this up and got no response, not even a sorry. How can they put a label when it does not contain all the correct information to unsuspecting consumers especially when diabetes is such a danger.this is ridiculous.dont put things out there if things are not updated, it poses as a serious danger when customers like me are diabetic.
