Of the 3 orders placed with Homechoice, all had to be chased down after weeks and weeks of waiting and finally making hordes of phone calls and producing proof of payments even though we paid on their site with credit card, received confirmation and had the printed order to show for it. Sadly this lack of interest in your paying customers has resulted in a guaranteed 100% dissapointment success rate. Congratulations!!
Can you please train your staff, follow up on orders and start aiming a little higher than the bottom of the sea?
This is utter nonsense and debatable how you stay in business in such trying times.
