I keep on getting this sms's from identity of... as a reminder your Identity account is overdue. Please pay R274 immediately to save further interest charges. First of all, my credit limit from the beginning was R1500. I was asked 3 months ago at Centurion mall identity if i want my credit limit to be increased, I clearly said no thank you. Two weeks later I noticed that it was increased to R170 after I said no to increasing my limit. Then suddenly last month i received a sms that the amount that must be paid on my account is R200. Again, from R170 to R200. I did not pay R200 last month because i did not ask for a further credit increase and i always pay my identity account on time and the full monthly payment as recuested. Today i receive this sms stating... as a reminder your Identity account is overdue. Please pay R274 immediately to save further interest charges. I am so sorry, but this is not acceptable and i will not pay this. I want this to be rectify as soon as possible or i will take this matter further.
