Edgars no longer post accounts and have advised me that in future all accounts will be sms'd to my phone.
However, I have not received an sms from Edgars for the last 3 months, and in spite of requesting them a number of times by e-mail, they refuse to respond.
They don't seem to have a problem sending me a sms on a daily basis with special offers, but anything else is ignored.
I find this attitude insulting and I will be closing my account and taking my custom to other establishments with a better customer relationship attitude.
