This member of staff is unhelpful, insolent and frankly does not what products are available for sale. In fact, she is unknowledgeable to the point of speaking nonsense. She then accused me of swearing at her for using the word 'nonsense'.
For more than 2 months now, I have asked this store to order 'SEAL FOR BULLNOSE' made by 'Active Hardware' - Pinky is aware of this. Today, Valencia told me that this product is not made anymore, even though it is vital for safety reasons every gas-burning braai. What nonsense!
With 'braai' season about to begin in earnest with the arrival of spring, many 'gas-braai'ers' will be needing this part. You sell is as part of a regulator, BUT the product is also sold seperately.
Yet, this rude and arrogant supervisor Valencia (who is obviously unable to do her job properly) has not got a clue.
What's the explanation here? Does Builders Warehouse actually care?
