I RECENTLY LOGGED A CALL FOR A FAULTY APPLIANCE AND KELVINATOR CAME OUT AND REPAIRED MY MACHINE BUT THERE WAS A CONSTANT SMELL OF BURNING WIRES SO I TRIED TO RELOG THE CALL AND I RECEIVED A CALL FROM PROSPER SAYING IF I NEED REPAIRS OR FOR THEM TO COME AND CHECK THE WIRES IF THEY DONT FIND A FAULT I MUST PAY THE CALL OUT FEE CLOSE TO R400 I TOLD HIM I WONT PAY AND REFUSED TO ACCEPT A CHARGE FOR A SERVICE IF MY MACHINE WAS FIRSTLYSTILL UNDER WARRANTY AND SECONDLY IT WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME PREVIOUSLY KELVINATOR CAME AND WHEN I ASKED THE TECHNICIAN SAID SOMETHING BURNT OUT AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED
IVE BEEN TESTING THE MACHINE EVERY FEW DAYS HOPING IT WAS NOTHING MAJOR BUT I WAS WRONG AND YESTERDAY MY MACHINE BLEW UP I HEARD AND SMELT IT AND IT TRIPPED THE POWER IN THE COMPLEX IM LIVING IN
I NEED ASSISTANCE BECAUSE EITHER ME OR THE CONSULTANT DOES NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT A WARRANTY IS AS CURRENTLY I HAVE A BROKEN MACHINE AND THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED
