After MANY succesful transactions with kalahari, I had a slight problem with delivery of my latest order.
My written concern was answered with a slightly arrogant response that the receiver of my complaint could not assist as his records showed that the parcel was delivered and suggested that I call the Customer Service Department should I have any further queries.
Thank goodness, NO, thank that my call was answered by Miss Morake!!
She confirmed within seconds that there WAS indeed a problem with the delivery and will revert back to me shortly.
Not even three minutes later, she confirmed, both telephonically and via e mail that she had arranged for an after hour delivery to my door.
This is the reason why I (and all my friends) shall remain Kalahari clients for life. Because of people like Miss Morake!!
It is a pity that we only get one option for the headline concerning above, as Miss Morake's attitude and kalahari's service would qualify for all.
Look after Miss Morake, Janice, as the competition will headhunt her soonest, but then, none of them can even come close to your proffesionalism, service or products.
