3 GENIUS VACUUMS -VERIMARK IN LESS THAN A YEAR

I will have lived in my new house for a year on the 1 / 9 2013.
I have had 3 vacuum cleaners from verimark which have broken. All of the problems were caused by weak or inadequate manufacturing and design. FUNNY A COUPLE WALKED I

The first two were the little Genius which is hopeless- when the 2nd one was refunded I decided to buy the next version. That too a manufacturing weakness. cost R599.00. Verimark replaced them but the time I have wasted ON wear and tear and petrol riding back/forwards and the time taken by the hankering which goes on in the store/ waiting time for them to react. I was so honest as to NOT collect the repaired little genius when called to do so AFTER getting the next version they still made my life difficult. Salesman had the nerve to insist that I must give him my landline number. Who says I have to have a landline. I gave my email address/ mobile number. So Phillip storemanager missing and never there!! Said, I quote "that it must be sent to be repaired. I want a full refund and I want to go some else for my vacuum this time. I will be sending an invoice to Verimark.
