After previous complaints and requests that i be contacted by the manager and that none of the call centre agents to contact me again. i was phoned by the 'supervisor' 'manager'. i explained the story and was told he will be sitting down with the accounts administrator and analyzing every payments and invoice in order to get to the bottom of the problem. and that he will call me with feedback and hopefully a resolution to this ongoooooing problems. im still awaiting a response???
almost due date for next 'installment' but don't have any information to this point.
so disgusted!!!
