Appalling customer service

A few years ago I took a loan with capitec. Unfortunately I couldn't pay back the balance due to losing my job. Last year I got a job and wanted to pay the outstanding balance, I contacted capitec and was given the details of their attorneys.after speaking to a consultant I was told that I will be given a 20% discount on the balance. I was explained the amount that needs to be paid over a 3month period. After making the 1st 2 payments, I then contacted nimble attorneys to the that I'm about to pay my last installment as agreed.i was then told that it was not my last installment and I owed R5900 more.i was highly irritated and ask to speak tot he manager Iris Pongola.i explained what had happen and she promised to follow up.i was contacted weeks later to say that she had listened to the recording and I am indeed correct, she promised to put my account on hold until the problem was resolved.weeks went by with no feedback, i eventually called her to ask what's happening as I am being contacted between 3 & 4 times a day by their consultants.she said that she has advised capitec of the problem and is awaiting feedback. These consultants call me everyday and I keep telling them the same story
