8 years and you're still showing up on my stuff

I contacted your EXTREMELY rude staff on 13/07/2013, and was advised that in order for you to update my credit profile I needed to send you a copy of the profile proving to you that you still have me listed, which I promptly did. Now, it is almost a month later, and I haven't heard a single thing from you. This is utter, total, complete, rubbish. It has been 8 years, the account is closed. I suggest that this gets sorted out before I make the biggest noise and contact every single governing body I can think of. Actually, I am tired of waiting, if this is not removed by Close of Business 14/08/2013, I will start with my mission to annoy you all to the point that you will do what I want just to get rid of me.
