WORST CALL CENTRE IN SA

MY ORDER WAS PLACED ON FRIDAY 2AUG, TO BE DEL MON 5AUG. NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND PROMISES LATER THE ORDER ARRIVED ON SAT 10AUG AFTER 18:15 WHEN LIQUOR STORES ARE REQUIRED TO LEGALLY CLOSE AT 17:00. NATURALLY I DID NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY AS MY STORE IS LOCATED IN A DANGEROUS AREA AND ALL STAFF HAD ALREADY LEFT FOR THE WEEKEND. THIS DELAY IN DELIVERY CAUSED ME TO TURN AWAY CUSTOMERS FOR THE LONG WEEKEND. IT IS NOW TUES 13AUG AT 9:00 & THE FIRST DEL IN THE MORNING HAS STILL NOT ARRIVED. NO COMMUNICATION & EMPTY PROMISES JUST KEEP YOU HANGING. SAB HAS THE WORST CALL CENTRE AS NONE OF THEM CAN GIVE YOU ANSWERS. WHEN ASKED FOR THEIR NAMES YOU GET TOLD THAT THERE ARE ABOUT A HUNDRED OF THEM & THEIR SUPERVISORS ARE NEVER AVAILABLE. MAYBE THEY ARE SO COMFORTABLE BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY HAVE THE LIONS SHARE OF THE MARKET. I THINK ITS ABOUT TIME OTHER BEER MANUFACTURERS START SEEING HOW UNCARING & NON-COMMITTAL SAB IS TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS AND START CAPITALISING ON THAT. I AM IN A BUSY AREA AND AM GLADLY OFFERING CUSTOMERS BETTER SUBSTITUTES AT THE SAME PRICE. ABOUT TIME EXECs TOOK OFF THEIR BLINKERS. DO THEY KNOW HOW USELESS THEIR FRONTLINE STAFF IS - ABSOLUTE DISGRACE
