On the 17 of January 2013 i reported a faulty SAMSUNG fridge i bought @ a game store in VP East london in July 2011. the item is still under the manufactureres gaurantee and has an extended 3year warranty, this according to the documents ensures, replacement or at the very least a 24hr turn around time on logged calls, i am yet to see an agent over at the house to sort the matter out instead i have had endless calls from the store to ask if an agent has arrived. we have had to throw out food items that have been damaged due to this as the item stopped working on the 03 of january.
