I was looking for a specific color of paint that a contractor purchased at Frankerts Roodepoort to complete a job the contractor did not. I did not have all the details with me but we were able to determine that the paint had to be made up. The guy said that he could help but the guys who mixes was out and he needed to phone him. I could not afford to wait for the guy to comeback and mix it up, so I said that I would go somewhere else. Frankerts is out my way and other suppliers closer. With that the guy asked if I had a problem and said that it sounded like it. I replied no and that the guy to mix up the paint was not there. He furthermore said that he would do it, but due to his attitude and aggresive manner I declined and walked out. With that the manager commented that I should learn to have patients. I would not call this customer service, especially with the attitude the manager had. The situation could have been managed differently. I reported to the incident to the headoffice and I am waiting for a reply. Frankerts won't see my business again.
