My daughter's laptop battery packed up about 2 years after buying teh laptop and I ordered a replacement from Asus SA . I hadn't heard anything after a couple of weeks and phoned them again to be told by Eunice that teh lady who had taken the order was on leave and I should give her the order again! Still waiting for a sreponse from luarence the person in charge apparently - their phone lines were dodgy too!
