No response after complaint

On Sunday 9 June 2013 I bought the new naughty or nice lip ice pack. When I opened the pack I discovered that the Cherry flavor lip ice was broken and did not want to twist. On 11 June 2013 I reported it on their website. On 13 June 2013 I received feedback from Phindi Ntuli asking for the Batch Number and expiry date as well as the details of the store where I purchased the product as well as my postal address. On the same day I provided them with all the information. On 5 July 2013 I received an email stating that my replacement would be sent the same day. On 1 August 2013 I emailed Phindi again and informed her that I have still not received anything. Her response on 2 August 2013 was - Hi Marina,
I have the parcel about two weeks ago, though I do understand your frustration and I will certainly find out from the post office as to what went wrong and where your replacement is, will revert to you by Monday morning.

Needless to say the Monday morning of 5 August have come and gone without any feedback. A week later and I am still waiting for a response and the product that they promised to replace! 2 Months it has been and I am still waiting. What a joke!
